“On Thursday, February 27th, 2020, around 11:30 a.m., a 74-year-old pensioner from Munich cycled her fingertips with her bicycle. At the same time, a previously unknown driver (e-bike or e-scooter) was also driving this road. At level 3, the two road users collided due to a visual impairment. While the male driver was able to avoid a fall, the 74-year-old from Munich fell to the ground and was seriously injured. The previously unknown male driver initially helped the 74-year-old, but then left the scene of the accident without providing any personal information.
The 74-year-old was taken to a hospital for inpatient treatment using an ambulance. Immediately initiated search measures for the male vehicle driver have so far been negative. "
