Man suspected of falling into Bride's Pool Falls coma helicopter lifted to hospital for rescue

Bridal Pool in Tai Po was suspected of falling unconscious from a waterfall. At 2 pm today (28th), a 37-year-old man suspected of falling from Bride's Pool Waterfall in Tai Po, lying prone in the pool under the waterfall, and falling into a coma. Someone immediately called for help when he saw this. Police and firefighters went to the rescue. The flight service team dispatched a helicopter to lift the man and sent him to the Eastern Hospital for treatment.

The accident scene was about 20 minutes away from the Nature Education Trail. Firefighters had difficulty in searching and rescuing the scene. It was found that the victim had fallen 20 meters and fell to the ground. A girl friend and relative rushed to the scene with tears in her eyes.

It is understood that when the man reached the Bride's Pool Waterfall, he climbed to another location, during which he was suspected of slipping down the waterfall. Although he did not land on his head, his head was injured and bleeding in the process.
