Some 13,000 migrants have flocked to the Greek-Turkish border following threats by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to let refugees out to Europe, the UN announced on Saturday.
"At least 13,000 people are present along the 212 km of the border," according to the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The UN agency said that among the migrants were "families with young children" .
