The Russian artist Piotr Pavlenski, already prosecuted in the case of the intimate videos of Benjamin Griveaux, was indicted on Tuesday March 3 for "aggravated violence" during a brawl on New Year's Eve and left free under judicial control, announced his lawyer.

"Mr. Pavlenski was indicted for aggravated violence, the investigating magistrate decided to place Mr. Pavlenski under judicial control by not following the requisitions of the public prosecutor, who asked for detention, " declared Mr. Yassine Bouzrou to the resulting from the hearing of his client at the Courthouse. Piotr Pavlenski denounced the obligation of psychiatric care, "an oppression" , requested within the framework of this judicial control.
