- Abby Martin (@AbbyMartin) April 19, 2014How does Google Earth work?
Google Earth captures various images, including satellite, aerial, 3D, and street view images. All the data collected is gradually acquired and results in the classic Google Maps image.
However, these are not real-time recordings, so no live changes are recorded. If a crime is detected by a Google camera, it is simply bad luck for the offender and luck for the police.

German police officers also use the aerial photos provided by Google * Earth, for example, as a spokesman for the Lower Saxony State Criminal Police Office told Computerwoche. Google Earth discoveries are not uncommon
Not only criminals are detected with the help of Google * Earth, in England a man discovers a giant in a field and if you use the panorama function in Ithaka (New York) to scroll under a highway bridge, Google Maps shows a creepy scene.
