(CNN Spanish) - An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 shook the northeast coast of Venezuela on Thursday, according to reports from the US Geological Survey (USGS).

The seismic focus was located 91 km deep and the epicenter was located 45 kilometers south of Güiria, Sucre and 96 kilometers east-southeast of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
