More than twenty people were injured in a traffic accident at the Jender Junction in Homs countryside on the international road, Damascus Homs.

A source at the Highway Road Police Station in Hasia told a SANA reporter that the accident occurred near the Jender Junction and resulted from a collision of a Suzuki pickup truck and a Pullman semi-passenger bus.

The source indicated that the wounded, whose wounds ranged from medium to severe, were treated first in hospitals in Homs city, and the traces of the accident were completely removed from the road and traffic was restored.
