In this context, and without medical news about the state of health of the young woman since last November, the Federal Oral Court 5 - which must judge her with her mother and her brother of course money laundering through two companies of his family- He asked the lawyer in Florence for a new update of his medical report.
"Following the elapsed time, an updated report was required on the treatments received and on their current diagnosis," sources of the case detailed. No delivery dates were specified, but the Court awaits the documentation to know "the treatments performed and the evolution of the accused."

The last report, from November, reiterates that its diagnosis has not changed. According to that document, Florencia Kirchner suffers from "posttraumatic stress disorder and mild lymphedema of the lower limbs."
The papers indicate that Florence is receiving the necessary treatments but does not mention that she is hospitalized. Although those who assist her reiterated that she is not in a position to travel , since this could aggravate her picture, "the reason is not explained why nor was more information provided , " judicial sources said.

Judicial sources told Clarín that this could happen only during the next year. Therefore, there is no hurry to demand the return of Florencia Kirchner to the country, since the beginning of the hearings is still far from the judicial calendar.
