Teenager shot dead in Agen: minor charged

One of the two minors in police custody after the death of a teenager, shot dead on Sunday in Agen, was indicted for assassination and attempted assassination, the Agen prosecutor's office said on Tuesday, adding that the second youngster has been released.

“Judicial information has been opened on the counts of assassination and attempted assassination. Little known teenagers of justice

Two 16-year-olds were targeted Sunday afternoon by gunshots in the center of Agen in front of the McDonald's fast food establishment.
