Coronavirus: Angela Merkel says she is ready to return to the “zero deficit” in Germany

Chancellor Angela Merkel said she was ready to backtrack on the sacrosanct zero deficit deficit rule in Germany on Wednesday to deal with the coronavirus epidemic.
