Yuan Haiwen pointed out that the bitter masters had reported collectively and made confessions in early March, but the police have not arrested any suspects so far and cannot accept them. He hoped that the police would take action as soon as possible to avoid more victims.

Lawyer Shen Yunhua believes that the public should be careful about anonymous merchants. Even if the scammer is criminally convicted, civil compensation may not be successful. He called on citizens to try to find merchants on online shopping platforms with goodwill and reduce opportunities for recruitment.
