Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz shared a compliment to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today during a communication to the German newspaper "Bild" saying that he was the one who woke him to the dangers of the spread of the Corona virus.
During the interview, Kurtz said: "Our concern stems from the reason we are neighbors of Italy and we saw how the health care system collapsed there. Wake up and do something. "
The Austrian Chancellor went on to say, "It was the phone call that shocked me to act. That is why we were one of the first European countries to respond strongly to the Corona crisis."
The Corona did strike in Austria, causing severe closure and striking large parts of the economy, and over 3,000 people were infected and eight died, but compared to its neighbor to the south, the virus is in a state of control and the health system is functioning well.
