"It will be up to us, parliamentarians, to transform legal texts into very concrete and quickly appropriable provisions," says Le Gendre.

In this context, the majority group must, in its view, act like an “hourglass” in order to circulate information between the executive and the territories. The LREM deputies also told him of a “misunderstanding on the question of masks ” and wondered about “the oh so lively debate over chloroquine ” .
