Seventy-year-old was suspected and was accused of abandoning his mask and paper towels at the door of the downstairs resident, involving alcohol and a lighter to come to the door and using a knife to threaten him. Seventy Weng was charged with one count of threatening to destroy property, and he was detained to the West Kowloon Magistracy today (25th) without a reply. The defence complained that police officers said that the investigation would be delayed and the defendant with diarrhea would not be sent to hospital. Magistrate Liu Qiyun deferred the case until May 20 and re-examined at Tuen Mun Magistracy pending the police's admission of confession. The defendant was refused bail and was withdrawn pending trial.

Defendant Yu Tiegang, 72, retired. He was accused of intimidating the victim to destroy his property at a unit in Longmen, Tuen Mun on March 22.

Police allege that they want to delay investigation

The defense court complained that during the detention of the police, a police officer stated that he would take a vacation, which delayed his investigation. The defendant's lawyer and family members were not allowed to send the defendant with diarrhea 7 to 10 times. The police later urged the defendant to be discharged from the hospital, but did not bring the defendant's identity card, which prevented the doctor from obtaining medical records.

Suffering from neighbors due to noise issues
