The Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside have launched an awareness campaign for your industry about your need ... commit to your protection within the framework of the preventive and precautionary measures taken by the government to ensure the preservation of public health and in line with the efforts and measures taken at the national level to address the Corona virus.

According to a statement by the Chamber, a copy of the campaign has arrived in Sanaa. The campaign includes educational and awareness instructions for workers that are transmitted through the television, radio and electronic channels to circulate them to various establishments and employers, in addition to distributing sterilizers, paws, and all the necessary tools in the process of prevention and safety.

In a statement to Lana, the president of the Chamber, Dr. Samer Al-Debs, called on the industrialists to carry out their preventive duties in terms of educating workers on issues of public health, diseases, and occupational safety and health, including the Corona epidemic.

Al-Debs pointed out the importance of complementary work and coordination with the Ministry of Health and the implementation of plans to meet the emergency situations that industrial establishments may be exposed to and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of workers.

He stressed that these measures are only precautionary and preventive to support the efforts of the government team in maintaining the health workers' status to be immune from this epidemic with the continuation of the production process.
