LE FIGARO. - How do you react to the failure of the 27 to decide on common economic measures?

Enrico LETTA. - Unfortunately, we see once again the historic cleavage between “cicadas” and “ants”. The latter, self-proclaimed virtuous, accuse others of wanting to spend too much.
