The mother and daughter showed no understanding of why they were sitting on the dock. Her mother did not go there out of anger, but "because there was no other option", the 19-year-old said in the negotiation. "This is the parking lot we pay for," the mother said. She feels provoked by the constant third-party parkers who visit her neighbors. "That is no reason to stand behind it," said judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund. That is a necessity. "What is in the indictment is absolutely exaggerated," scolded the 44-year-old.
The vehicle owner (37), who had parked her car in the parking lot because "there was no indication that the space was reserved", described the situation, in short, as follows: she rang the bell to the accused so that they could drive their car away for a short time .
