While the restaurants are closed and he has to stay at home to fight against the spread of the coronavirus, the Parisian gourmand is forced to find new landmarks.

Since March 15, Parisians addicted to restaurants are idle, forced to prepare themselves some good dishes or to use delivery ... New rituals are emerging among the "foodistas" of the capital: we have listed ten, just to be of service, but also to smile a little in these confined times!

1. Do your shopping at Maison Plisson, Beaumarchais or Marché Saint-Honoré if you live in the area, or for delivery throughout Paris (order online here). On the menu, the nuggets of 650 artisan producers (seasonal vegetables, meats, fish, cheeses, cold meats, bread, pastries, wine, delicatessen ...), but also prepared meals (roast chicken, truffle shells, sausage -mash potatoes...).

Maison Plisson. 93, bld Beaumarchais (3rd) and 35, place du Marché Saint-Honoré (1st). Mon. to Sat., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

2. Buy (or have delivered) nice cheeses made from raw milk from Taka & Vermo or from one of the local cheese makers mapped by Le Cheese Geek, a start-up usually offering cheese tastings.

Follow the recipes of his favorite chefs on Instagram, especially the traveling dishes of Taku Sekine (Dersou, Cheval d'Or), who posts crisp videos several times a day with his two and a half year old son as a clerk: Fried lentil balls, caramel cream, gyozas, gricia pasta, dan dan noodles with peas (recipes in English!).

4. Fall for Mamiche's whole babka, this downright regressive chocolate brioche, saying that it will last several days and devour it for a day - for residents of the 9th and 10th only!

Mamiche. 45, rue Condorcet (9th) and 32, rue du Château-d'Eau (10th). Daily except Sun and Mon, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

5. Track quality food distribution points (local shops, restaurants that deliver or sell take-out ...) on the map of the Culinary College of France, updated in real time.

6. If you can't hang out in a coffee shop, order your specialty coffee beans online at your favorite roaster to make your filter coffee: Belleville Brûlerie (1 kg packet delivery by bike), Lomi, Terres de Café or Custom...

7. Treat yourself to a recipe signed Inaki Aizpitarte, chef of the Dauphin and Chateaubriand, who offers in his cellar (for those who live near Parmentier) plain wines and prepared meals (potato tortilla, pollack brandade, half-salt pork pallet stew, Mesquer pigeon) to take away.

The cellar. 129, avenue Parmentier (11e). From Tue to Sat from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (orders on D-1 at 01 43 55 06 74).

You can also pick up your order at the shop at 63, rue Galande (5th).
