The event convener, Cao Daming, criticized that US President Trump repeatedly called the virus Chinese Virus (Chinese virus) in public, causing discrimination among Chinese and provoking China's bottom line.
He believes that the place with the most viruses now is the United States, but they will not say that they are "American viruses" or "New York viruses." He also criticized U.S. officials for often slandering China, and Trump and Secretary of State Pompeo should step down from accountability. He also questioned that the United States ’participation in the Wuhan Military Games in 2019 was the source of the poisoning, describing Trump as the culprit behind the hidden virus.
In addition, some members believe that the country currently diagnosed is the United States, and the new crown pneumonia should be renamed "American New Crown Pneumonia" and expressed their pride in China's epidemic prevention work.
The group then set off from Chater Garden and marched outside the U.S. Consulate, burning posters bearing Trump and Pompeo.
