Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed that the Iranian health system is strong and ready for any possible escalation in Coronavirus infections during the coming period.
Rouhani said during the meeting of the National Committee to combat the Corona Virus today, "All medical capabilities are strong, and hospitals, doctors and nurses are fully prepared to help and provide services in the event of infection with the Corona virus for several weeks to come."
Rouhani said that medicines and foodstuffs are available and there is no problem in this regard, pointing out that 20 percent of the new year’s budget has been allocated to confront “Corona”.
Rouhani stressed the need to adhere to preventive instructions and ban gatherings, calling on the Iranians to commit to not traveling and staying in their provinces to limit the spread of the virus.
