The State Police Department's Investigations Department filed an indictment against the Border Police Permanent Court in Be'er Sheva on Sunday for aggravated rape.

According to the indictment filed by Attorney Liat Yunnanan of the Police Investigation Department, in September 2018, while at the defendant's home, the defendant opened the wardrobe in his bedroom, pulled out his police gun, turned it in his hands and told the complainant: "Be quiet" With the aim of threatening it and suppressing any future resistance on its part.

Or then the defendant returned the weapon to the closet, and immediately pushed the complainant firmly on his bed with his hands. The defendant held her hands firmly over her head and clasped her legs with both legs to prevent her from getting out of his grasp. In response, the complainant pleaded with the defendant: "Leave me I do not want" and even kicked at him. Despite the complainant's explicit requests, the accused continued his actions and committed an act of rape.

Throughout the above, the complainant tried to break free of the defendant's grip, begged him to leave her because she did not want to do his deeds, and when she did not respond to her plea, burst into tears. At the end of the incident, the defendant offered the complainant to stay with him, but the complainant refused his offer and Blitarra agreed that the defendant would drive her to her home.

The police investigations department asked the court to arrest the defendant until the legal proceedings against him were over. A prohibition order was issued to ban any details that might identify the complainant.
