The Italian health authorities announced today the registration of 756 new deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours, taking the total deaths in the country to 10779 cases.
Reuters quoted the Italian Civil Protection Agency as saying in a statement that the number of confirmed cases of the virus rose today to 97,689 cases, compared to 92472 cases recorded yesterday.
The highest death toll in Italy with Corona virus was recorded on Friday, and it reached 969 cases, while 889 people died yesterday.
