72-year-old Rabbi Yosef Neumann, who was fatally wounded in the stabbing attack that took place in New York City in December, died of his wounds during the night between Sunday and Sunday. Just a few hours after the stabbing attack, police assisted with information from one of the attendees who fueled the stabbing and was able to record the license plate number, which led to the arrest of Grafton Thomas, 37, charged with attempted murder, and a federal indictment In hate crimes. Authorities who believed in the investigation reported that Grafton's house contained diaries and drawings containing antisemitic drawings and captions. On one page of a diary discovered in his apartment is a Star of David, with a swastika and captions that say "Nazi culture" and "Adolf Hitler".
