Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro confirmed that the United States is falsifying facts by making false accusations and allegations against him and his country's officials.
And the website "Russia Today" quoted Maduro as saying in a letter to world leaders that the United States administration is falsifying the facts and is involved in providing the dissident officer Claver Alcala with weapons and training groups in Colombia, while they considered Alcala as part of the Venezuelan government, calling on governments to support him in the face of aggressive American policy in light of the rapid spread Corona epidemic.
Maduro added that his country faces the Corona epidemic with a wise policy to protect its people and always strive for peace and defend the sovereignty of Venezuela.
On March 26, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Ariasa warned that Washington's allegations and the accusation of President Nicolas Maduro and other Venezuelan officials of "terrorism linked to the drug trade" represented a "coup in a new form".
