Update at 9:27 p.m .: Due to the corona pandemic , the Wolfsburg-based carmaker Volkswagen is extending the closure of its core brand plants in Germany by another ten days. The series of deaths began in the home on March 23 , reports Bild.de. Last two deaths were reported on Monday. Now, the home's announcement today says that at least four of the infected residents are experiencing a decrease in symptoms.
After the Wolfsburg Clinic also imposed a temporary admission stop on Sunday evening due to coronavirus infections in the workforce , it is now accepting patients again . "I can say that we have been putting the clinic back into operation since midday this afternoon," announced Wolfsburg's Mayor Klaus Mohrs (SPD) on Tuesday. 90 percent of the test results were available.
Corona in Lower Saxony: 32 employees in Wolfsburg clinic infected with Covid-19

Corona in Lower Saxony: Clinic in Wolfsburg affected
After the corona infection of several employees at the Wolfsburg Clinic , only a small number of the new tests have so far been positive. The city of Wolfsburg announced on Monday evening that around half of the samples from patients and other contact persons of the originally 14 clinically tested employees had been examined since Sunday.
