As a rule, only a maximum of two people are allowed to enter the small shops who face the current challenges in different ways. An overview.

Hofmetzgerei Fischer, Wackersberg

Every Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Alexandra Fischer from the butcher's shop Fischer in Wackersberg opens the flaps of her sales car, which she normally uses to go to the farmers' markets in Munich and Bad Tölz, on her farm in Wackersberg. The offer includes pork and veal, various sausages and cheese from the Allgäu. They are currently sold with very little contact. "But that works well," said Fischer when she visited the market. The courtyard café remains closed until further notice, but the courtyard shop of the monastery estate in Schlehdorf is “initially normally open,” says Birgit Jocher. On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., customers can stock up on fresh salad and vegetables. "Eggs are harder to get right now, but there is otherwise enough - including toilet paper," Jocher emphasizes with a smile. It feels like more customers are currently coming. As in most farm shops, they have to be patient. "We only let two people in at the same time."

Ringlerhof, Ellbach

"People eat a lot and cook a lot," says Isolde Strein. Because in addition to the eggs, the hand-made fresh egg noodles at the Ringlerhof in Ellbach were currently “incredibly good”. The farmer has had significantly more customers in her shop for three weeks. Their behavior is “incredibly great,” says Isolde Strein. Everyone abides by the invitation to enter only one at a time. Problems arise, however, that the catering trade is largely falling away at the moment. "Thank God Easter is just around the corner," she takes the situation with humor. "Colorful eggs abound." The farm shop at the Ringlerhof is open at these times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Saturday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Loisachtal trout farm, Bad Heilbrunn

He is already feeling the exit restriction, says Josef Forster from the Loisachtal trout farm in Bad Heilbrunn. "We have a lot of customers from Munich who are not coming out now," says the seller, who counted only about 20 customers last weekend. Most of them are regular customers. "They'll be back," says Forster, "but the walk-in crowd is slumping a bit." While the nearby fishing pond is currently closed, smoked and fresh trout, char and salmon trout as well as smoked eel are still sold in the farm shop - but at different opening times: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For the time being, customers have to do without fresh fish from the trout farm Sappl am Mühlberg in Bad Tölz. Their shop will remain closed for two weeks. "We have two 70-year-olds ourselves at the farm, so we don't want to risk anything," explains Veronika Sappl. “There was a lot going on here until the first exit restrictions were announced. You could sometimes call that a hamster purchase. ”Now individual sales are discontinued. But larger orders from businesses, for example, are gladly accepted by phone. The next Wednesday, April 8th, should be open again - if the situation permits.

Thomahof, Königsdorf

In response to the corona crisis, the Seidl family has set up a "quick pick-up service" at their Thomahof near Königsdorf (Brandl 4). If you place your order by fax or e-mail by 10 a.m. on Thursday, you can pick up the goods the next day from 1 p.m. - without much contact, the parcel is issued from a small hatch, including a transfer receipt. "Many customers are already using that," says Heidi Seidl. The farm shop is still open on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Holy Week on Thursday) and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to an extensive range of meat and sausages from our own production, there are eggs and bread from the wood oven.

Gut Mooseurach, Königsdorf

Drive-in instead of shop sales - this is how you react to the crisis at Gut Mooseurach near Königsdorf. The farm shop usually opens on a Saturday in the month, but in April, Maundy Thursday is the sales day. For the first time, it will not be sold in the shop from the counters, but instead by pre-order to the car (or by post home). “This is largely contact-free,” explains Lisanne Hamzic. The customer orders beef, lamb and pork or sausages in advance in the online shop or by email. At the courtyard, he then takes the packaged purchase from a table. You will then pay by bank transfer. "We trust that it will work," says Hamzic.

Farm shop Zum Bertenbauer, Dietramszell

The mountain cheese from South Tyrol is gradually running out, says Helene Häsch, who has been behind the counter in the farm shop "Zum Bertenbauer" in Dietramszell for 21 years. Otherwise there are no bottlenecks. Pork, sausage, pasta, jam, honey, bread, wines, schnapps, vinegar and oil are plentiful, probably also because many regular customers from Munich are currently absent. "It is a little difficult," says Häsch, "but we brave it and help to secure basic services." Monday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Jasberger farm shop, Dietramszell

The Eichner family sells organic meat and sausages once a week in their farm shop in the Dietramszell district of Jasberg. Every Saturday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon there is fresh meat every week. "This week from young cattle, next week from oxen," says Josef Eichner. Customers can stock up on pasta, cheese from the Stephanskirchen cheese dairy and various canned goods. "If you like, you are welcome to bring your own containers," says Eichner. "Otherwise, we'll wait and see how the situation develops over the next few weeks."

Schmiedhof, Ascholding

The Schmiedhof in Ascholding is looking forward to a lively response. “There is a lot going on, I would almost say there are twice as many customers as normal. I believe that many are scared of the crowds in the supermarket, ”says Martina Müller, who is observing disciplined behavior among the customers of her farm shop. “People pay attention to distance, wait outside.” In the store, there are occasional bottlenecks due to the large number of individual products such as “conserved organic goods”. There are no delivery problems with vegetables, flour, cereals. The farm shop is open on Tuesday and Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
