Klein, born in Eilat, currently runs the Jewish School in Barcelona - a city that is one of the centers of the outbreak of plague in Spain.

Residents have been in the lockdown for more than three weeks and Klein, who arrived in Catalonia after running schools in Israel, admits the panic is already beginning to signal in the Jewish community in the city.

"We have a very large amount of dead, it is frightening," she says of her closed house. "It is mentally difficult for parents, for children and for us as well. I feel confident that I am not leaving home, but I have a huge commitment and concern for children. Wanting them to be physically and mentally healthy, I'm anxious for their fate as if they were my private children. "

The school she runs for the past three years is studying 330 students, from nursery to high school. Most of them belong to the Jewish communities, and the rest are children of Israeli families who emigrated to the city due to work, studies and the like. Klein also functions as a teacher of Hebrew and mathematics. "Even before the educational institutions were closed, we restricted parents' entry to the school. In retrospect, it justified itself. We have three families affected by Corona, and if we continued with normal activities, the chances of becoming infected were increased."
