As the Second World War led to the birth of Europe and the entry into democracy of Germany, Italy and Japan, it is to be hoped that tomorrow we will make better use of globalization . It gives us fantastic opportunities to live better and in peace; must we still accept the idea of looking on the neighbor's plate and being inspired by the most intelligent choices of the different countries of the planet. The French do not spontaneously have this reflex, but the great crises sometimes made them think about their destiny.
