Coronavirus: since March 1, 6507 people have died in France

Jérôme Salomon, the Director General of Health, indicated on Friday April 3 that since the start of the Covid-19 epidemic in France, that is from March 1, 6507 people have died. This figure includes deaths in hospitals and establishments, including nursing homes.

There have been 588 hospital deaths in the past 24 hours across the country. In total, there have been at least 1,416 deaths in nursing homes and other establishments since March 1.
