Mixology has always been able to adapt to circumstances. During confinement, chief bartender Jean Munos is not burdened with equipment. With Lucile Gauthier, expert in refreshing drinks, he suggests simply equipping himself with a large empty jar of jam (with its lid) which will serve as a shaker, a tablespoon, a long wooden spoon, a blender or blender, a balance, a peeler, a citrus press and, for one or two recipes, a centrifuge. Similarly, his alcoholic recipes are made on simple bases of vodka or gin. The mocktails (without alcohol) are concocted from fruits and vegetables - lemon, grapefruit, ginger, cucumber - which can be found in any supermarket. Come on, let's mix!
