It was expected, it's official. The Hall of Fame welcomes the late Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett. A trio that is worth 11 NBA champion titles, four MVP trophies or 48 All Star Game selections. Three legends of the big orange ball, logically rewarded. Former Rockets player and coach, champion in 1994 and 1995, Rudy Tomjanovich is also honored. Ditto for coaches Eddie Sutton, Kim Mulkey, Barbara Stevens and former WNBA star Tamika Catchings. Posthumously, the former FIBA secretary general Patrick Baumann, who disappeared in 2018 is also part of this prestigious 2020 class. The opening ceremony of the 2020 basketball pantheon promotion will take place on August 29.
