The fifth last span of the new Genoa bridge was launched this morning. After this, the last four - two in Levante and two in Ponente, always from 50 meters and - then the steel structure of the bridge that replaces the Morandi, which collapsed on 14 August 2018, will be completed. After a break due to the wind, the launch of the first segment between P1 and P2 on the west side began and will end in the evening. The operations manager of Fincantieri Infrastructure has given the go-ahead for the lift. Wednesday the second part is lifted. With the various today the structure reaches 910 meters in length.
