Another point of contention relates to the case law and the authority of the judges. The Likud has renounced opposition to MK Avi Nissenkorn's appointment as Minister of Justice, but is seeking control or at least a mechanism that will make decisions on the appointment of the judges unequal. The parties are trying to formulate a mechanism to be agreed upon.

"Good conversation"
