Six French patients affected by Covid-19 will be treated " in the days to come " in a Czech hospital in Brno (south of the country), Prime Minister Andrej Babis told public television.
“ France asked us for help, we answered the call. In the coming days, the Brno University Hospital is expected to accept six patients from France, "said Mr. Babis. “ We have offered France 14 beds because we have sufficient capacity. If our colleagues in France have considerable problems, we must help them ", he added.

To combat the spread of coronavirus, the Czech Republic closed its borders last month, as did most stores, all pubs, cinemas, theaters and museums. All citizens are obliged to wear a face mask outside.
Gatherings of more than two people, except families, workplaces and funerals are prohibited.
