Coronavirus: the government facilitates the “loan of employees”


Two systems allow companies with a shortage of workers to make use of people who are partially unemployed.

To cope with a high level of absenteeism linked to the coronavirus epidemic or, conversely, temporary over-activity, companies have been using loans for short-term workers for the past few days. To facilitate this process, the Ministry of Labor has just published simplified models of agreements and amendments to the employment contract for employees wishing to use it.
