The aircraft manufacturer Dassault (owner of the Figaro ) has made two Falcons available to the French army free of charge to transfer medical personnel, as part of the military's participation in the fight against the Covid-19, announces the Minister of the Armed Forces.

The operation is part of the Resilience system, announced in March by President Emmanuel Macron in order to coordinate the army's actions in the face of the epidemic which is clogging up the resuscitation services in several regions of the country.

The aircraft manufacturer Dassault provides, at its own expense, the aircraft (a Falcon 900 and an 8X, with respective capacities of 13 and 15 passengers) as well as the crew and fuel, under the command of the Army Staff air, a military source told AFP. The offer is valid for one month and could be renewed if necessary. The operation will only concern nursing staff and not patients
Simultaneously, a C-130 troop carrier aircraft brought back from Brest on Sunday evening about thirty medical staff, also returning from their mission.
