Dominique BUSSEREAU. - We have joined forces with the regions and we have taken initiatives to order masks in considerable quantities on the Chinese market. For management, there are different attitudes on the ground, depending on the prefects and the directions of the regional health agencies (ARS). Some opt for requisitions, others are more flexible ... I asked the government to adopt a clear doctrine. Communities that have to write large checks need to know exactly what happens after these masks are delivered.

Are you claiming logistical control?
This is already the case since our departments are equipped with vehicles and assume these missions in conjunction with the ARS. But I added a request: the levying of taxes (VAT and customs duties) on the batches of masks arriving from Shanghai or Shenzhen.
The departments at the heart of the tsunami, like those in the East and the Oise, send me emergency messages. They have significant needs in blouses, overcoats, charlottes, overshoes ...
