Blue and White are outraged at Netanyahu's demand to re-issue full control of Abby Nissenkorn on the Judiciary Committee, but the truth is he simply has no choice • Interpretation

The unity government is needed now, but handing over the court to Aaron Barack-Esther's living school will be a cry for generations. In blue and white, he was furious at the PM's request to reconsider the conclusion to give Abby Nissnakorn full control over the Judiciary Committee, but he didn't really have much choice.

Such an act touches the soul of right-wing voters and all those who joined Netanyahu's camp in the last election. The legal change is just a touch away and there is no reason to stop it now.

An anti-Bibi camp in the current Knesset is larger than Netanyahu's camp. But they have no real government alternative. Aside from taking over the Knesset and passing harrowing laws that could later be repealed, Blue White has no option to exercise their mandate to form a government.

On the other hand, more elections will secure Netanyahu's victory with a big gap over his split rivals and try to ride each other's backs. The state does not need a fourth election. And that is no matter the Corona. If you also add the virus and the economic crisis that comes with it, there is no doubt that stable government is the supreme interest at this time.

Despite Netanyahu's particular superiority now over his future partners, the fact that he will vacate his chair in a year and a half has already agreed, as well as the egalitarian government in which no move can be made without the other party. In this way, Netanyahu has shown great growth and put the public interest ahead of him.

But selling important assets to the public that believes in it is a good red line that it refuses to cross. Both on the legal issue and on the issue of sovereignty over the communities of Judea and Samaria. Because judges appointed by the next government will remain with us long after the corona and continue to erode the foundations of democracy on which the lives of all of us are based.

For many years the right-wing Likud leadership has abandoned the issue and now, just in time for a series of necessary reforms and changes, there is no reason or right for anyone to step back.

For a year, the right-wing party, with its various names and leaders and alternates, was an integral part of Netanyahu's loyal right-wing camp. Even when there were other options on the table, none were exercised. On the contrary, the fact that Benny Gantz could not, or even does not, try to form a government stems from the power of the bloc, which did not fall apart and remains united. None of them left. Neither of them demanded to replace Netanyahu to secure power.

It would be absurd if Netanyahu gave up Naftali Bennett, Rabbi Rafi Peretz and their friends just to please Gantz. Just as it is wrong to replace Gilad Arden during a national crisis as responsible for the Ministry of Public Security, it would be a mistake to give Bennett one of the highlights of his public work.
