The Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Communications and Creative Industries), Mr. Leung Cheuk-wen, submitted to the Legislative Council in a special financial statement that the maintenance works mainly involved television buildings, broadcasting buildings and educational television centers, including electrical and mechanical, water and building maintenance works.
