An 82-year-old man is the second death in the corona crisis in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district. The deceased is a former resident of the Kemmelpark senior center in Murnau, who was transferred to a clinic in Oberammergau after a positive test on Monday.

Nowak is completely incomprehensible, according to the statement by the head of the civil protection leadership group, who, in a public meeting of the district council, identified the Alma facility as a special suspected case in the district. "This is not only demonstrably wrong up to the present day, but is extremely irresponsible and represents a completely unfounded stigmatization of the facility and the Mittenwald community as a hotspot," the email continues.
