Since the beginning of March, 7,091 deaths have been recorded in hospitals, i.e. 607 more in 24 hours, the highest daily figure since the start of the epidemic, and 3,237 in nursing homes and medico-social establishments, for a total of 10,328 dead, said Jérôme Salomon in a daily update.
