Today, the US Department of Defense confirmed that a number of Coronavirus infections were registered on board the medical hospitals providing treatment to patients in New York and Los Angeles.
"We have confirmed that a number of patients on board the Corona medical ships have been confirmed," Reuters quoted General Paul Fredericks, the US Joint Chiefs of Staff surgeon, as saying at a news conference, without specifying the number of injuries.
For his part, Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman said at the same press conference that the hospital "Comfort" in New York will continue to receive people regardless of whether or not they are infected with the Coronavirus.
Hoffman added that the US military will begin today to test the vaccine against corona against animals.
