Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif renewed his demand to end the embargo and restrictions imposed on Iran, including the oil embargo.
"Iran is rich in human and natural resources, and it does not need the charity of US President Donald Trump, who is forced to import artificial respirators from sources that imposed a ban on himself," Zarif said in a tweet on Twitter today. "What we ask of him is to end the ban imposed on Oil exports and other Iranian products, import of their needs and banking trading operations.
The Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, confirmed yesterday, during a telephone conversation with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, the necessity of respecting the sovereignty of the peoples of the region, stressing that the US embargo on his country violates the decisions of the World Health Organization.
