Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who has COVID-19, was released from the intensive care unit at St Thomas's Hospital in London on Thursday evening where he had been placed three days ago due to a deterioration in his state of health, announced his spokesman.

" The Prime Minister was transferred this evening from the intensive care unit to the treatment rooms, where he will be closely monitored during the first phase of his recovery, " said his spokesman.
