Meet The Slice, a pizza the two call Emergency Pizza, a Neapolitan pizza based on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza is currently sold in the "Pizza and Wine" bar, along with a bottle of Tabor winery wine at a variety of prices. 

"We were supposed to open and start renovations on the site during March," Harpaz says. "Of course Corona has plans of its own, and this is off the hook. We decided not to give up and go out of the way of deliveries, right now, when people are looking for a culinary experience and home dining solutions. The goal is to encourage people to stay home and still have a restaurant experience in their living room with a bottle of indulgent wine. That's why we chose to add to the "double date" menu with attractive bottles of wine so people could indulge. "

"We started a business from scratch in less time than it takes for our dough to grow," laughs Harpaz, "and all in all of the Corona mess. From customization of cardboard boxes to pizza, cash register, printing press, clearing, opening a customer at the Central Company to building a delivery system with Walt in Tel Aviv. We were surprised at ourselves for the speed and efficiency. "

And because we take this section so seriously, we couldn't let the news of a new pizzeria in town pass by us and we immediately ordered a delivery, and those are our registrars. The pizza came in delivery alongside a small bottle of wine that can be purchased as part of a pizzeria deal. Pizza for us is two important things, the quality of the dough and the sauce. In both parameters, De Slice simply excels. Airy dough that is currently baked in the oven, but soon in Tabun, has swelled for 72 hours and it seems that anyone who worked on it knows the job well. The sauce feels real, a great deal of real tomatoes and less chemistry, delicately spiced rather than rude, an important matter that quite a few pizzas fall into.
