The individual, "who has no criminal or psychiatric history" , was placed in police custody "as soon as he left intensive care , " said the prosecution in a statement. He was presented on Saturday to the investigating judge and charged with the counts of “murder on concubine” , “of murder on a minor of 15 years” , “of murder as well as violence on minors of 15 years by person having authority " and he was placed in custody.

On April 5, around 10:45 p.m., the police intervened following "a call from the neighborhood evoking a family dispute".
