Nie Dequan

  Nie Dequan is fifty-five years old. He joined the government in August 1986 as an administrative grade and was promoted to the rank of Administrative Officer Staff Grade A in April 2011. He has served in various policy bureaus and departments, including the Beijing Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the former Health, Welfare and Food Bureau. He served as Director of Social Welfare in August 2009, Commissioner of the Private Office (Special Duties) of the Chief Secretary for Administration in June 2013, and Director of the Government Information Service in February 2014 In July 2016, he served as the Permanent Secretary (Hygiene) of the Food and Health Bureau, and has served as the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs since July 2017.

Xu Yingwei

Luo Zhiguang

Liu Jianghua

Liu Yixiang
