The objective is to preserve the Defense Industrial and Technological Base (BITD) with its tens of thousands of highly qualified jobs, distributed throughout the territory and along the coast. Alone, the 400 aeronautical companies members of the Grouping of French aeronautical and space industries (Gifas) employ 200,000 people.
