Wuhan resident: Not enough for rent

As you depart EE. USA and Europe trying to reopen and resume life, CNN explores the struggle small businesses face after what was arguably the toughest quarantine in Wuhan, China. While some businesses have remained closed, such as gyms and movie theaters, others are operating under new security procedures to reassure staff and attract customers. CNN talks to a restaurant owner who is struggling for financial relief. He describes how he lived in mourning in isolation, and how he plans to honor dead loved ones now that the restrictions have been eased.
