The protest actions were renewed in some Lebanese regions today to demand the trial of the corrupt and the improvement of the living situation.
According to the Lebanese National Media Agency, a protest rally took place opposite the government buildings in Nabatiyeh, during which anti-banking slogans were raised, and participants asserted that they would continue their movement until their demands were implemented amid security measures and the deployment of the army.
The protesters also organized a sit-in in front of the Banque du Liban, in pictures, raising slogans condemning banking policy and calling for improving the living situation.
On the other hand, a bomb exploded near a bank in Riyadh Al-Solh Street in the city of Sidon, which led to a breakdown of its glass front and false ceiling, where members of the security forces came to the scene and opened an investigation to identify the perpetrators.
